Shipping Policy Shipments will be organized via Stegip 4 Communication, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.

It is important to enter an e-mail address and telephone number correctly when placing an order.
The courier does not always contact the customer by telephone, so it is important to enter a correct email address when ordering.
NB it is not possible to change the address or the order after placing it. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.
Stegip 4 communication, is not responsible for any delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or other circumstances beyond the control of Stegip 4 communication.
During promotions there may be delays in immediate shipment.
Expected delivery time after shipping date
EU: 3-5 working days
USA, Canada: 5-8 business days (may take a few more days depending on your customs)
Australia: 6-10 business days (may take a few more days depending on customs) Rest of the world: 8-12 business days (may take a few more days depending on customs)

General Conditions Applicable to Returns Subject to compliance with the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a free 'no questions asked' returns policy which allows you to return items delivered to us for any reason up to 30 days after your Order , free.
To be eligible for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned within 30 days of receiving the Order under the following conditions:
Items must be unaltered, unused and fully salable (or in the condition in which they were received by us or our agents). Shoes must be brand new and undamaged.
Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. The authenticity cards, where applicable, must also be returned. The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.
Refunds will only be processed after completing the return procedure and after the returned items have been approved. Upon approval, we will issue a refund for the full face value of the properly returned, undamaged items (excluding original shipping charges and cash handling charges, where applicable).
The refund will be processed using the following methods:
Credit card payments are refunded to the card used for the purchase.
PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account. If you choose to pay with multiple payment methods, the Store Credit amount used will be prioritized and refunded in full, before the remainder of the payment is refunded via the other payment method used.
Item Return Policies
Damaged goods and incorrectly fulfilled orders If you receive an item that is damaged or it is not the product you ordered, please arrange to return the item to us using the returns process above. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund. Where applicable, the refund will include the delivery charges for the original Order, money handling charges, taxes and any duties. Replacements may be available depending on stock.
